"Okay, Denis, you've been wonderful today, just a couple more shots and we're done.  Your card is going to look fantastic this year.  You can toss your stick over there, we just need a couple of candids.

How about this?  Try looking up and to your left, kind of like you saw a pretty girl in the crowd who was chanting your name as the team is leaving the ice.

Great, just great.

Now look off to your right, but keep your nose pointed directly at the camera."

 

(Aside: Mon dieu!)

 

"Ummmm, maybe not to the extreme right, maybe dial it back to slightly right of center.

Yes, that's looking pretty... ummmmm...

Let's try way to the right again."

 

(Whispering to self: How the nose is at 6 o'clock, the left eye is pointed at 7 o'clock, and the right is at ten, I'll never know.)
