2017 Garbage Pail Kids New Wave & Punk #6a TV Tom
So, this is pretty obviously supposed to be Andy Warhol, right? Right? "Everyone will be famous for 15 minutes" and all that? The alternate moniker for this sticker is Insane Verlaine, which I'm pretty sure isn't a real name that's ever been given to anyone, and makes absolutely no sense. If it was "_______ Andy" instead, that I could see. Warhol was an early proponent of multimedia art installations, and he was singularly fixated on television, so I think that's what this card is going for without putting it on front street.
